The funny thing is, he did technically change the people in washington. The problem is he changed them back to everyone that were so bad, it made the previous administration seem like a decent option. So take a minute to digest that. Now, you cen argue across the spectrum but in reality, the only thing we voted for is which group of people get to distribute the funds. The debate in Washington has been over for decades. The only difference between the two major parties is the argument with who gets stuck with bill. Accountability, however, well that has been absent for awhile. So, Hooray! Let the bread and circus begin.

You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you might find that the media tends to give you everything you need to have a nervous breakdown. Anything and everything that can panic you into begging authoritarian figures for an immediate solution will not only be satiated by a clever combination of incompetence and mismanagement it will lead to more grotesque and persistent solutions forced down your throat.

Let's be honest. You aren't going storm New York City. Rome wasn't sacked until well after the decline.

You need a stronghold. An inside base. Somewhere no one wants to go. Somewhere that already has some existing infrastructure to support life. Somewhere, inside enemy lines that the enemy doesnt even want to be.

The strategy is simple. Make it undesirable to defend. Complacency is your greatest weapon. Make it dangerous. Make it so no one wants to even come near there.
